At Alhira Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Since dried fruits are perishable, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product was damaged upon delivery
  • The product is expired or of poor quality

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Contact@alhiradryfruit.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Provide your order number and contact details.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we offer:

  • A replacement of the product, OR
  • A full refund (including shipping costs), when you replace any product

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Minor variations in taste, color, or size (since dried fruits are natural products)

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
